Closing 2018 with an eye toward 2019

2018 Holiday Card

Like many of you, we at DTA Healthcare Solutions use the close of the year to reflect with gratitude over what 2018 has brought to us, and we look forward to 2019 with new goals. At DTA Healthcare Solutions, we’ve had a wonderful year! We were able to attend several conferences, travel around the country to meet many of you, and we added a team member.

Each of our team members has something special they’re most proud of from 2018:

Janiece Gray, Founding Partner & CEO: The thing I am most proud of is our DTA Coaching Community. Every month we gather coaches from around the country to share from their experiences. This truly has been a dream come true for me. We get to know and work with these coaches when we train coaches within the organization or when the organization is using our Coaching Reporting Tool. It has always been a passion of mine for these amazing people to get to know one another. We created this community so that they can.

The thing that unites the coaches in our DTA Coaching Community is that they are all using our Coaching Reporting Tool. If you’d like to know more about that, we have a special opportunity available to members of the PX Community. The first 25 people who sign up and view a demo of our Coaching Reporting Tool by January 31st will receive a free copy of our book, “Beyond CAHPS: A Guide for Achieving Patient- and Family-Centered Care.”

Kevin Campbell, Founding Partner & CFO: Leave it to Janiece to work in an advertisement! One of my favorite memories of 2018 is the Beryl Conference last Spring in Chicago. We had the whole team there, including our awesome new team member Pamela, and we hosted a dinner for current and past clients — it was a ton of fun spending time with all those wonderful people.

Nicole Braegelmann, Senior Consultant: In 2018 I got to spend a lot of time deepening our partnership with one of our clients. I had the opportunity to really immerse myself in their team and support them through multiple complex system implementations. When all is said and done, they will be well-positioned to achieve fantastic outcomes with the right data analytics.

Jen Schugel, Senior Consultant: My favorite thing from 2018 is working with the best team at DTA and making new friendships with our new clients.

Pamela Hessler, Senior Consultant: Since it is officially the end of 2018 and likely the last time I can use this one, I am going to say, I’m most proud of joining the DTA team in 2018. It’s been an honor to be welcomed so warmly by our team and clients, and to be a part of a fun team of achievers.

As we look towards 2019, each team member has their own goals, both personally and professionally:

Janiece: Meeting baby Hessler! (Pamela’s note: I hope Baby Hessler arrives before the New Year…)

Kevin: I’m excited about our plans for 2019 to build on the success of our Coaching Reporting Tool and Coaching Community with expanded offerings in other Patient Experience areas outside of coaching. We of course already do a lot of service culture training and patient experience improvement consulting, but in 2019 we plan to roll out those services and additional communities in a newly packaged way. Stay tuned!

Nicole: Maybe expanding our team!

Jen: I look forward to seeing the improvements our current and new clients will make in their organizations in 2019.

Pamela: I’m always excited about new places, new faces, and new projects. I love the variety of the work that we do and I can’t wait to do even more in 2019.

In closing, we are so very grateful for the work we get to do and the people we get to interact with around the country! Thank you for being some of those people this year! Cheers and best wishes for a wonderful 2019 ahead.
